Cople wine fridge - does not get cold (Brimscombe GL5)

Turns on but doesn't get cold. This has been looked at by an electrician and still not working, but if you are good with these things you may bring it back to life. 30 cm wide, 56 cm deep, 87 cm high. Is a great solid unit, would be a shame to take it to the tip!
