Drop by the Federal Way library for a free mending event in partnership with Refugee Artisan Initiative! This mending fair creates work opportunities for refugee and immigrant women, and provides free mending services to the public.
Repairs available include patching, hemming, button repairs, and visible mending. For hemming, please measure your needed inseam prior to arrival. Artisans will not take measurements at the event.
Bring up to 2 items of clothing for repairs. Registration is required ([register here](https://kcls.bibliocommons.com/events/670698fefe86665716899dfa)). Please plan to stay near the booth until your mending is complete.
