Ever wanted to learn to darn, replace a zipper, hem your own trousers or patch your jeans?

Come along to our volunteer lead sewing skills sessions. Each alternative first Saturday of the month we will be offering an opportunity to build confidence repairing your own textiles and clothing. We will provide the sewing machines and most other resources. More information will be provided in the event link closer to the date of the session.

RepairED is a Poneke / Wellington repair programme that connects communities to climate change actions they can take to mitigate Climate Change through the repair of clothing, textiles, small appliances, and electronics - keeping them in circulation and out of landfill.

We run repair cafes, textile repair sessions called Just Sew, electronic repair sessions. We have a sewing machine and repair kit library for our community.
