Smaller ceiling fan around 38" to 40" assembled, motor, blades, wires - porch pickup - was working when replaced (redecorated). White motor housing, glass bulb, and relatively short blades for a smaller room.
Netgear AC1750 WiFi Cable Modem Router - in box - instructions available online - had to replace with a VOIP cable modem, so no longer needed. Works with Comcast/Xfinity.
Items will be removed as they are picked up. If it's listed - it's available.
Porch pickup only - again - must contact no later than Saturday, so I can leave the items on the porch.
