2 x TP-Link TL-PA211 powerline networking adapters, max theoretical speed 200Mb/s. These allow you to send network signals over your house's electrical wiring, avoiding having to run a dedicated ethernet cable.
Possibly useful if you have poor wi-fi coverage, but note these are ethernet input/output only, there's no built-in wifi. You could connect one to an existing broadband router and the other to a smart TV, desktop PC, or laptop with ethernet port; alternatively you could connect the second to a "wireless access point" or repurposed spare home router to extend your wifi.
In real world use you'd probably get 20-30Mb/s out of these - it very much depends on your house's wiring, local interference sources, etc.
These are already paired to work with each other, so shouldn't need configuring. If you do need to change settings it's just possible the admin password has been changed at some point, but I assume there's a way of resetting them to default settings.
