Two decoupage penguins to finish (Hearthstone DE4)
These two penguin were started by my daughter but not finished. You could finish them or start over, with any kind of decorating technique so it seems a shame to stick them in the bin. Let me know if you want to give them a new home. For collection from Riber, near Matlock asap.
