I have had this wok for about 35 years! It is still going strong but I have decided to move it on.
It is a 'proper' carbon steel, round bottomed wok, of commercial quality. Woks like this have to be kept seasoned, and this one has been, as you can see from the lovely black patina, which acts like a non-stick coating. This is easy to maintain - don't put it in the dishwasher or use detergent, wash with water and a scrubbing pad, then re-season by heating up with a little oil and wipe round with a bit of kitchen roll. With a little care like this it should last almost for ever.
12inches in diameter, with wooden handle. You will need a wok stand or a proper burner.
