Radio controlled car / parts (CO6 (CO6 (Stoke Road, Leavenheath))

Looking for rc spares as I bought a project car and having difficulties in finding the parts I need. Ideally Tamiya, but happy to look at anything that may be gathering dust in a shed or attic.
