Petrol chainsaw (CO6 (Stoke Road, Leavenheath))

Does anyone have an unused petrol chainsaw please? Asking for a family member - who bought a 2nd hand one that stopped working almost immediately. Poor thing has spent almost the value of a new one in parts and it's still a non-runner. Really feel for him, he's so deflated. Can you help please?
