Bycicle and mobile phone (Wednesbury WS10)

Hi all. I have just had my cast removed following an incident in early March this year. I have had no earnings since, and been advised to start cycling to help with my recovery, but I can't afford to buy one. Also need a phone to start making contacts and handyman jobs.
