iHome has shut down their Cloud Services and ended support for their smart home accessories. The iSP6X can still be used with the iOS Home app via HomeKit on your local network, including automations. The iSP6X may still work locally with Alexa, Google, etc, but cloud-based services may not work. I have used these plugs successfully with Apple's HomeKit but have not tested them with Alexa or Google.
