Hi, I work for a local charity called Compassionate Kenilworth. Our aim is to reduce social isolation and loneliness, to improve health outcomes and to help make Kenilworth a happier place to live. One of the things we are involved with is providing friendly spaces for people to meet. As part of this, we have a small group of people who are meeting and learning to knit. We could do with a few balls of wool for them to use to have a go at knitting. If you have any kicking around at home that you would be willing to donate to us, I would be most grateful.
Also, if you would like to get out and meet new people, let me know and I will tell you more about what we are doing.
