Request: Plastic beakers (Kenilworth CV8) Received I am looking for some plastic beakers to use to serve water to runners/walkers after completing Leamington parkrun. We already have lots but as our event is getting bigger and (hopefully) warmer weather is on its way, we could do with some more. We used to use disposable cups but the amount of plastic we were throwing away (to recycling) was awful so we have changed to beakers that we can wash and I thought if we could reuse some rather than buying them new that would be even better. Thanks.

Request: Balls of wool suitable for new knitters (Kenilworth CV8) Received Hi, I work for a local charity called Compassionate Kenilworth. Our aim is to reduce social isolation and loneliness, to improve health outcomes and to help make Kenilworth a happier place to live. One of the things we are involved with is providing friendly spaces for people to meet. As part of this, we have a small group of people who are meeting and learning to knit. We could do with a few balls of wool for them to use to have a go at knitting. If you have any kicking around at home that you would be willing to donate to us, I would be most grateful.
