This is a plastic container with an absorbent fat trapper. The idea is to pour cooking fat or oil into the trapper, where it is absorbed and then you can throw out the trapper once it’s full, and avoid pouring fat down the sink. I just don’t fry enough to make it worthwhile for me. It comes with two packs of 3 refills. It came from Lakeland, and you can get more refills from their website.
