Hammer Drill (Morningside Heights/Harlem)

Looking to borrow a hammer drill from anywhere in Manhattan in the 1st week of March for a few hours. I have several things to hang up and my regular drill can't get through my concrete walls. I have concrete nails but they're not working without premade holes. TIA
