Free: Steve Madden boots (Morningside Heights/Harlem) Boots say size 6 but it doesn't fit for size 6. Not going to gift them to just anyone. Send proof of your shoe size. Request: Plants (New York City) Expired Hello all! I'm always looking for any plants (cuttings & succulents are ok too) to rehabilitate &/or give a wonderful home to. You can be bored with them, need your space back, can't bring them with you when you move, forgot to water them, they look dead, have bugs, whatever. If they have bugs that's ok too, I kill the bugs and quarantine them in my bathroom before acclimating. I have grow lights, humidifiers and a burning desire to be surrounded with plants to care for. I'm not antisocial, I just prefer being at home surrounded by & tending to them more than hanging out around people in my free time. Please & thank you in advance. Request: clothing (Manhattanville) Expired Any parents or teens thinning out their wardrobe of stuff no longer used/wanted and wear girls/females size x-small, 00, or size 14 clothing. I'm bummed because we couldn't find much that fit her comfortably. It's also a nostalgic moment because I was her Xtra Slim size throughout my childhood, adolescent and adult yrs... til I had my 1st child. We tried department stores, thrift shops, and discount stores. The only things we found that fit her right were in a younger age category, which is doing a mental wreak on her self confidence. Yes, she's that thin! So was I! Lol Thank you for any and all help. Also open to suggestions of where other skinny minis have found success.

Free: Cat-tastic Thursday (Manhattanville) Gifted Regifting a white litter box holder and a 4 piece Arm & Hammer sifter and pans set. Nothing wrong with them. Just don't need them anymore because of an upgrade. Pick-up must be sometime today. Everything will be cleaned and sanitized before pick up. Also, gifting a cat tree that's been seriously loved but demolished on one of the front poles. But I think if you switch that pole for one in the back, it's barely noticeable. Or it could be used for parts if you already have one, to make it taller or more of an obstacle course for your cat(s)... if they like that type of thing?

We've exhausted all options including me doing a family of 4 (myself & 3 teenagers) soaking wet laundry accumulated from last week Friday when it started, last night as a birthday gift to myself I gifted us clean textiles. It was so bad that I'm on the laundromat's video carrying a bag at a time in to avoid soaking their floor from the water coming out of the bags in my shopping cart. If not... Request: Acrylic, glass &/or plastic (Morningside Heights/Harlem) Received Asking for/In search of: Any acrylic, glass and/or plastic containers (jars, vases, whatever) in any size or shape, clear or tinted. Most people repot in the spring. I do it when I see their roots reaching the bottom of the container they're in. I purposely plant my plants in lighter containers so that I can keep an eye out for root rot, root health, proper drainage, etc. Any and all help is greatly appreciated. Note to those who frown on the thought of a plant living in a container without drainage. If you look closely in the 2nd pic you'll see her roots are growing into the perlite I'm using to hold excess water at the bottom of the vase which would turn out badly if too much water stays at the bottom. I have had this monstera cutting in a tall rectangle vase for 6 months that has no drainage hole but a baby leaf just unfurled so there's got to be some method to my madness. Ijs

Free: Wash board & Scratch post (Morningside) Expired I'm not sure if anyone here still uses washing boards... but this one is retro with minimal wear (considering how old it is) from a company that made them in Columbus, Ohio. This one's made of wood and glass and we don't use it enough to keep it. Also pictured is a cat scratch board that works horizontally or vertically... The cats aren't entertained by it. Barely used. Preference to whomever can pick up both & soonest. Pick up most days/times. Before Wednesday is preferred. Pick up from 3150 Broadway or the 1 @ 125th St. Excuse my bathroom floor...
