I really don't know how to describe these pieces of plastic, and I can't remember their original purpose, but I think I used them for mounting small posters without the use of a picture frame. They can also be used to keep numerous sheets of paper together without stapling them. The long pieces are about 20 1/2 inches and the shorter ones 11 1/2.
