You can therefore carry other items in it as well, such as paperwork or small accessories such as a hub. The zip has a minor issue, as you can see, but that doesn't affect use of the case at all. It can still be zipped up and the laptop safely transported.

Free: G-Drive Mini External Hard Drive (CT1) Gifted This drive (about 15 years old I think?) appears to be in good working order. If you have an old computer with Firewire sockets, you should be able to power the drive from there, which is what I always used to do. I find that when using the G-Drive Mini with USB, it tends to be necessary to use a separate power supply (12 V / 600 mA). That said, I have another G-Drive Mini which I'm keeping for backing up the data on a Macbook Air, and the MBA seems to provide sufficient power. I can provide you with whichever connecting cable you need for your computer: I have USB, Firewire 800, and Firewire 400 to 800 adaptor cables. Free: Portable DVD player (CT1) Gifted I assume this device is probably 15 years old, though it's rarely been used. At the time of writing I've just tested it with a couple of DVDs. One worked fine, as did the controls on the player when viewing it. The other didn't seem to load, and I'm pretty sure the disk isn't scratched. What the problem was I don't know. If I get a moment before somebody collects the player, I'll investigate this further. It has a rechargeable battery, though I have no idea what condition it's in. If the battery's now too weak to use, you can easily remove it and take it to the recycling centre. The mains power supply seems to work fine. You won't be surprised to know that the screen isn't exactly 4K. It's not even HD, but if you're not fussy about picture quality and you've got a good pair of earphones to avoid use of the fairly poor on-board speakers, you'll find this player should be fine. After all, it IS on Freegle; I'm not trying to sell it!
