This is an old radio dating from the late 60s or early 70s. It works, but there is a loud hum in the background, which might be fixable by someone who knows what they're doing. A mains adaptor has been fitted by my dad at some point - the wiring is not beautiful, but will have been electrically sound at the time he did it. The carrying strap has been repaired - again in a functional, but not beautiful way. But I'm sure there will be an enthusiast out there who would be delighted to restore this to its former glory.
