Spin art toy (West Springfield, VA)

This toy from FAO Schwarz: https://faoschwarz.com/products/spin-and-twist-3d-art-set. It is incomplete and has some paint stains — requires 4 C batteries and paper refills. Still has its paints but would need to be used with other markers!
