Pet water bowl (Clayton brook PR5)

I’ve got an RSPCA cat and he’s lovely but timid still and can’t adapt to this, poor lad. It costs almost nothing to operate and works with/without filters.
There’s 3 filters included and they’re not expensive to buy (Amazon etc).
It’s silent with a blue led.
