Cat condo (New York City)

Regifting a cat condo that my children's kitties never took to. I was going to fix it up, but since they never took to it... I didn't bother. It's been sitting in the corner taking up valuable space for far too long. Pick up must be today. First come, first serve. It's not heavy just slightly awkward to carry. Hours of availability:
