New Laurus open back close coupled comfort height toilet (Alsager ST7)

I tried to install this new comfort height toilet in our downstairs bathroom but it wouldn't fit properly as the waste pipe is concreted in the floor. So I had to buy a different toilet that allowed more room at the back for the waste pipe. This stylish toilet looks lovely and is new, it just didn't fit properly in my bathroom. Comfort height toilets benefit taller people or those with restricted mobility as they involve less effort to sit down and stand back up. It's quite heavy and I haven't got any of the original packaging. This will require two people to load it up and will need to be picked up in the morning.
