New Laurus open back close coupled comfort heigh toilet (Alsager ST7) I tried to install this new comfort height toilet in our downstairs bathroom but it wouldn't fit properly as the waste pipe is concreted in the floor. So I had to buy a different toilet that allowed more room at the back for the waste pipe. This toilet looks lovely and is new, it just didn't fit properly in my bathroom. It's quite heavy and I haven't got any of the original packaging. This will require two people to load it up and will need to be picked up in the morning.

Floor Smoothing and levelling compound and primer (Alsager ST7) Gifted I have levelled my bathroom floor and have half a bag of smoothing and levelling compound and nearly a full container of primer left over. Hopefully someone can put this to good use.

Pair of Hitachi speakers for a stereo system (Alsager ST7) Gifted Pair of Hitachi speakers. In perfect condition. Give a really good sound. Have a detachable front grill. They are 8 ohms impedance, 30 Watt speakers for a stereo system. You will need to check that the impedance and power rating match your system. They measure 13cm wide, 21cm high and 21cm deep.

Pink Wheelie Suitcase (Alsager ST7) Gifted Bright pink Wheelie suitcase. Measures 38cm (15 inches) wide, 56cm (22 inches) high and 25cm (10 inches) deep. Everything works and is in a good clean condition.

Curtains (Alsager ST7) Gifted Two matching pairs of Dunelm Mill Amelia Red Pencil Pleat Curtains. They are still listed on the Dunelm site at:- The sizes are 66 wide x 54 deep and 90 wide x 54 deep. The 66 x 54 pair are perfect. The 90 x 54 pair are pretty good with a little sign of wear at the bottom. You don't have to have both pairs if one pair will do the job.

Small light oak cupboard (Alsager ST7) Gifted Small light oak office cupboard. 40cm wide, 74cm high, 60cm deep. Has one adjustable shelf. In reasonable condition. A few scuffs and small screw holes from previous fittings as can be seen on the photos.
