Rotating Thing 10031 (Hamilton Heights 10031)

So I got this thing from Webers years ago. Webers was a junk store of many treasures.
It's a square thing with tapered sides that has a hole at the top that has a rotating mechanism that you can place things on top of. I've put glass bubble balls, blown glass figures, etc on this opening. (Even the cat)The best part was that there was a mini light with a multicolored film on top of the bulb that also rotated projecting different light effects up through whatever object was over the opening. Or just the multicolored lights on the ceiling.
It was phenomenal.
Now I've retrieved it from the wonder stash in my apt. and the light bulb has died. There are screws and seemingly a way to get into this thing and change the bulb out but I'm a bad tinkerer. There are bodies of things I've tried to fix all over this place. I'm a gadget serial killer.
Come and get this thing and bring it back to it's former spinning, lighted glory.
I'm 4 blocks from the #1 Broadway local train.
I'm on the 5th floor but there are only 4 flights.
