Faux leather armchair (Knighton LD7)
In good condition apart from one small tear to fabric on top of right-hand arm (see second photo) and small scratch on seat. There is a label on the bottom saying it complies with 1988 fire regulations. Comfortable to sit in - ideal guest-room or occasional use chair. Only getting rid of it as we are downsizing.
