Left behind by the previous people who lived here. Big enough to store spades etc in lengthways. (Watering can not included - just in photo for scale!) It can be locked to deter petty pilfering - you would need to buy a padlock - but I wouldn't rely on it to protect anything valuable as it's quite lightweight so would be easy to break into.

Has two buttons missing, one from settee and one from cushion. Fire label on underside. It was advertised as sleeping two, but although it seats two people no problem, it's only really comfortable sleeping for one person. Very easy to fold out. Getting rid of it as we are downsizing.

Top is made of two wood pieces and there is a crack between the two but could easily be filled or possibly knocked back together. Drawers open and close easily. Mirror can be tilted back/forward. Has been in our guestroom and worked fine - only getting rid of as we are downsizing.

In good condition apart from one small tear to fabric on top of right-hand arm (see second photo) and small scratch on seat. There is a label on the bottom saying it complies with 1988 fire regulations. Comfortable to sit in - ideal guest-room or occasional use chair. Only getting rid of it as we are downsizing.

Waterproof dog coat with detachable fleecy lining. It has reflective material and also a strip that you can light up for extra visibility at night - battery still worked last time I checked it. My dog wore it quite a bit toward the end of her life, but it still has a lot of wear in it - ideal for a convalescent or elderly dog that needs a bit more protection in the cold or wet. Collie-sized - see photos for measurements.

Is anyone interested in this for spares or to try and repair it? Not worth paying a professional to fix it as you can buy a second-hand working one for less, but it seems a shame to send it to landfill if there are any hobby-repairers out there who could use it. No idea what is wrong with it - it started intermittently not producing any sound and then went totally silent.

Small, drop leaf wooden table. It fits four easily - any more is a bit squashed. Still perfectly functional, but the top is badly stained due to someone putting hot pans directly onto it. Measures approximately 76cm high, length/width when folded down 107 x 39cm and when fully open 107x113. Collect from Knighton or we may be able to deliver if you're not too far away.
