Two sliding layers.
The keyhole slots in the rear layer hook onto proud screws that you have embedded in the frame of the air aperture to be covered. Or, you can use sealant i.e. glue the rear layer to the frame of the aperture.
The front layer clips on then can be slid 1cm across the rear layer to either uncover the fly-screen mesh (allowing air flow), or cover it.
