After getting an error on this machine the manufacturer told me, “EEE is a water delivery message, meaning that water is not making its way internally to the heater. We have DIY instructions for descaling at the bottom of the page. We recommend full strength white vinegar or another citric acid product as your descaling agent. DO NOT USE --CLR It makes a VERY stick mess that is difficult to remove.”
I took it apart but am not making the time to try to fix it. If you’re feeling handy it was a great coffee maker. Originally was around $400.
