We have DIY instructions for descaling at the bottom of the page. We recommend full strength white vinegar or another citric acid product as your descaling agent. DO NOT USE --CLR It makes a VERY stick mess that is difficult to remove.” I took it apart but am not making the time to try to fix it. If you’re feeling handy it was a great coffee maker. It has something to do with how the unit slides onto the charging unit when done. I have not been able to troubleshoot it. Perhaps someone else will be better at it. Comes with the unit, a couple of charging stations and the charging cords as well as some extra replacement parts.

Desktop is approximately 20 inches by 40 inches. Can put together or use separately. I got these from someone and did not reassemble after picking them up, we’re going to go a different direction for the office space. They are apart but look easy to assemble and looks like all the parts are there. 2 clean optional pockets. Original owners said they were study. Based on the parts it looks like good under desktop support and even bracing if want.
