Good condition black leather two seater sofa. 90cm deep and 165cm wide. Nice size for two people. No significant wear and tear just usual crease marks, no fire label I can see. Clean and smoke free home (excuse boxes).
Was left in house we just purchased and no longer needed. Will need two people to collect from ground floor, does not dismantle. Near lexden Road chippy.
