Free: Black leather sofa (Seaford BN25) Good condition black leather two seater sofa. 90cm deep and 165cm wide. Nice size for two people. No significant wear and tear just usual crease marks, no fire label I can see. Clean and smoke free home (excuse boxes). Was left in house we just purchased and no longer needed. Will need two people to collect from ground floor, does not dismantle. Near lexden Road chippy.

Free: Curtains (blue/teal metallic) (Seaford BN25) Gifted Pair of pencil pleat curtains. 192cm long and 102cm wide (each curtain). Lined and freshly washed. Includes tie backs. Unhemmed at bottom but usable / could be hemmed if wished.

Free: Curtains (denim) (Seaford BN25) Gifted Handmade lined pair of curtains, denim with embroidery. 138cm long by 130cm wide (each). Pencil pleat but curtain hoops left on. Unhemmed at bottom/slightly frayed but have life in them and easily hemmed if wished.

Request: Breakfast bar/butcher block or work/potting bench (Seaford BN25) Withdrawn Looking for something to use as a potting bench in my small shed, no more than 1.5m long or 1m deep. Not looking for glass or anything requiring significant rapairs. Just moved into my first house and a keen gardener. Can collect in my VW polo, ideally not standard table height but can elevate it if needed. Huge thanks! :)

Free: Two seater leather sofa x 2 (Seaford BN25) Withdrawn 2 matching black two seater leather sofas. No fire label to our knowledge. One in perfectly good condition and other has lost some support due to use but usable. Need gone by Monday 23rd Dec morning. Collection from Vale road Seaford / will require van and 2 people. Will clean down. Please note they were left by previous house owner - ourselves and small dog / cat only had use for 1 month. Dog/smoke free otherwise. Approx 1.8mx2m
