3 Seater sofa (Guildford GU2)
Length 190cm (6ft 3 inch) x 77 cm height (2ft 7 inch) x 89cm width (2ft 11inch). Mustard light gold fabric. Very good condition, no tears, scuffs or sag. Has a 1998 Fire label. Well made. Too good to dump. Needs to go, as the plasterer needs to finish the room. Two strong people to collect. Upstairs flat but ok access.
