190 cm length. 77cm height. 89cm width. Mustard, sand colour fabric. No tears, sag or stains. Fire regulation label. Has only had files and paperwork on it only. To good to be dumped. Need the space as I need to decorate and plaster the room.

Length 190cm (6ft 3 inch) x 77 cm height (2ft 7 inch) x 89cm width (2ft 11inch). Mustard light gold fabric. Very good condition, no tears, scuffs or sag. Has a 1998 Fire label. Well made. Too good to dump. Needs to go, as the plasterer needs to finish the room. Two strong people to collect. Upstairs flat but ok access.
