Mantelpiece Clock (broken?) (Purley CR8)

Nice clock. Seems to have developed an issue. I’ve changed the batteries a few times, it works at first, but it randomly just stops working each time.

I’ve been told enough is enough and to pass it on.

Hopefully someone will be able to fix it. Looks I’m extremely good condition and a nice item to put on the mantelpiece.
