Windows 10 Desktop Computer (Walton on the Hill L4)

Reposted as I have been let down by the previous 'Promise', and had no replies from other people who have requested it.
Please don't reply if you can't go through with the complete gifting process in a reasonably short time period.

Custom desktop computer with windows 10 installed.
i3-3220 @ 3.3Ghz CPU
4GB memory
250GB hard drive
Dell XPS 8500 motherboard
1GB graphics card

This pc has 2 red coloured fans and some additional red lights on the top.
It sometimes doesn't start immediately, but after the fans spin a couple of times it usually starts up.
The case has a door to cover the DVD drive but the hinges are broken so it has a piece of tape acting as a hinge.
