Genuine VW Accessory, Roof Bars for raised roof rails for Golf III Variant or Passat Variant 6/88 only Maximum distance they can open and fit over the outside of the roof rails is 96cm Bars are 111cm overall length, 5cm wide, 3cm deep [6.5cm including the brackets] I bought these in error for a 2009 Passat TSI for £42.. They've not sold on eBay for months despite being reduced to £20 They came absent the locking keys. However they are not easy to remove as they are fixed in place by a small allen key. The VW-supplied adjuster is present and working. The brackets slide and fix in place easily. Fair offer policy applies

The legs are available, though the middle pair no longer sit in their sockets, but can be replaced with pieces of wood the same height [supplied]. It's a solid base for a mattress, strong enough to support my 125Kg. Delivery is possible up to and including this Saturday within 5 miles of CR8. This is all that remains of our marital bed of 44 years, the box sprung top was removed decades ago and replaced with the boards and a sprung mattress. That has gone on top of our new [freegled 2nd hand] bed as this is now too low for our aged joints!
