Model number in picture 4 fullish toner cartridges Before you all get excited, it prints quite meh, the colour is washed out with occasional blank spots but the black is legible enough. Free: Colour Laser Printer (needs TLC) (Bolstone HR2) On offer is an HP LaserJet 2600n. It’s a colour laser printer, duplex, with Ethernet connection. It was my main workhorse printer for a while but at one point it started printing streaks of colour (see photo). This might be caused by the fact that the last compatible cartidges I put in were poor quality? I don’t print much anymore, and I had it in a corner for a few months, waiting for me to give it a proper look, but I never did. If you want to try your hand at it, please come and get it. It might be that you end up with a printer that will outlast us all.

Free: HP printer Deskjet 3630 (Bolstone HR2) Promised On offer is a basic inkjet printer/scanner with USB connection. I haven't used for a few years but it was working well then. It turns on and feeds paper but I have no ink to try. You're welcome to come and get it before I'll try and give it to a charity/thrift/reuse shop

Request: Baby bottle steam steriliser (Bolstone HR2) Expired I was wondering if anyone has a baby bottle steam steriliser in good conditions pthey no longer need We need to sterilise some medical equipment every day (a nebuliser) and boiling it is an additional hassle we'd like to avoid. I could pick it up most afternoons or early evenings Thanks

Free: Xerox Phaser 6510 printer (not working?) (Bolstone HR2) Gifted On offer is a Xerox Phaser 6510 colour duplex network printer. However, it does not work. It turns on and remains stuck on an error message. It’s quite new and apparently it only printed less than a couple of thousand pages. It comes with nearly new toner (I discovered it because at one time it did go past the error message). I was given it to have a go, and I did have a go at it. If you feel like having a go at it yourself, you are welcome to it. If you get it to work, it’s a great printer. Ideas on how to get it to work (even if you don’t want it) will also be gratefully accepted (I wouldn’t mind offers for a replacement free colour laser printer either). Please note that I am located about 4 miles south of Hereford, not far from Little Dewchuch.

Request: Microphone (USB) for computer (Bolstone HR2) Expired I'm looking for a USB microphone I can give to a friend to allow her to make Skype/Zoom calls with her computer. The built-in one is broken and sounds like she's under water and when I speak with her we get totally frustrated. Of course I'd be happy to collect it in Hereford town or HR2 area Thanks!

Free: 650VA UPS (battery faulty) (Bolstone HR2) Expired I was given a pristine-looking UPS model "Sweex Intelligent (650 VA) - Line Interactive - model PP200" Regrettably it does not work. A quick superficial test showed me that the battery is faulty. It’s a sealed lead acid battery 12v 7ah (or 9ah) the type used in alarms, mobility scooters, and UPSs, and available from the usual sheds for a couple of tenners. Since I am unable to test if anything else might be wrong, I don’t feel getting a new battery just to try it. If anybody here knows more about this sort of things than I do and feels like giving it a try, you are welcome to have it. The photo is a stock photo. Free: Garden blower (Bolstone HR2) Gifted I was kindly given it a few weeks ago, but regrettably I cannot start it. It might be something as simple as needing a new spark plug, or maybe just some perseverance in pulling the starter rope. I don't know. Engines are a mystery to me. If you want it, I'm located halfway between Holme Lacy and Little Birch (not Bolstone).

Free: Challenge Xtreme router (Bolstone HR2) Gifted I was given it for a project, but I never got around to it, so it's available again. No bits. Can be collected between Holme Lacy and Little Birch (not Bolstone unless you want to traipse across woods and fields)

Free: Old Desktop PC (Bolstone HR2) Gifted I came across a desktop PC which might be of interest of someone here. It has an Athlon 64 X2 CPU, so probably over 15 years old. It boots to BIOS and it has 3GB of RAM so it could run a light Linux or an old Windows. It has no hard drive, no monitor. Any interest? Please note I live about 4 miles south of Hereford just before Little Dewchurch (no idea why Freegle thinks I live in Bolstone)
