Free: Bathroom wall cabinet (Emsworth PO10) Gifted Good quality (Roper Rhodes) white mirrored cabinet. About 18 years old but still in pretty good condition. A bit of wear on the white near the hinge as shown in photo. Has an external light and an internal charging point for shaver or electric toothbrush. Would need an electrician or someone competent to fit it. Internal back panel could do with a link of paint to cover wear. Quite heavy. Dimensions are 65 cm x 56 cm x 23cm.

Free: Cat flap (Emsworth PO10) Gifted Sure Flap microchip cat flap. Microchip no longer functions but it can be used as a manual cat flap with four locking options. Only 6 months old but we needed to replace it with a functioning microchip operation.

Free: Rotary mower - not working (Emsworth PO10) Expired Old mower (20 yrs) working fine until a few days ago. I emptied the cuttings container and after that it wouldn't start again. I assume it's an electrical fault but don't know for sure. Thought I would offer here for spares or fixing before it goes to the tip.

Free: Concrete paving blocks (Emsworth PO10) Gifted 36 concrete paving blocks L20cm W10 H 8cm. Two have a little green paint on surface and 1 has a little cement, but I think they could all be cleaned off. I would prefer them all to go in one lot but would consider splitting if anyone just wants a few.

Free: Cat flap - manual function only (Emsworth PO10) Expired SureFlap microchip catflap. The microchip sensor no longer works so this can only be used in manual mode. It can still be locked though. Comes with screws. Some discolouration due to exposure to the sun.

Free: Empty, strong plastic sacks (Emsworth PO10) Expired Several bags which originally contained bird seed. Suitable for garden waste, transporting things to the tip etc. Some are a bit dirty with dried compost but I have brushed off the worse of it on the outside.

Free: Large desk (Emsworth PO10) Expired Very good condition and very solid. Slight damage as per photo (see pic), not noticed until we dismantled it, so easy to hide . Light beech colour. Length 1.8m, width 1.2m at widest point, 0.8m at narrow end. Now dismantled for collection. It is heavy and needs two people to lift it. It was too big to fit inside an estate car so would need a van or possibly a roof rack. Drawers are separate and not included.
