The Alphabet Activity Book is about 9x12" and ONLY the "H" page has been used. The pages are designed so you can use an erasable pen and make it reusable. The Kids Road Atlas is in good shape. I'd like to give the two together.

Samick SXP Digital Baby Grand Piano (T/Poughkeepsie Spackenkill)

This is a full-size Samick 511 Baby Grand Piano, the legs/pedals and the main body separate so it can be transported in a vehicle with a flat space. The basic unit works as a piano, but some of the features are not working (e.g., some of the special instrument keys). It was purchased in the 1995 time frame from Vincitores in Poughkeepsie. It is a full 88-key piano. The seat is showing some wear, and it openup to allow storage (e.g., the manual, music, etc.). The finish is polished wood. The keyboard cover hinges down, and the second picture shows the owner's manual on the music rest. It is about 55" wide, 39" deep, and about 45" high with the top up. It includes 4 speakers, is MIDI compatible, and has a headphone jack. When responding with your interest, please indicate how it will be used (in order for us to decide to whom it should go).

This is an APC Smart-UPS battry backup system--Model DLA1500. Its serial number is AS0748123883, which means it was manufactured late in 2007. It still works, but occasionally the fan is a little noisy, so it wouldn't be good to place it in a quiet office location. It has eight receptacles, and all 8 provide surge protection as well as battery backup. It provides 1440 VA, or 980 watts, maximum. Original price was $270.

Available is a 12' tall Castor Aralia tree (see first 3 pictures), it was probably planted by a bird from our 50' tall tree (second 3 pictures). The leaves are about 6" long--clearly a specimen tree. You will need to dig up a root ball to take the tree.

This is a commercial-grade Simplex push button lock, originally purchased in 1992. New ones run about $200 plus. HOWEVER, we have lost track of the current combination, and there are websites that explain how to reset the combination when the current one is unknown (or you can consult a locksmith). All parts are included; this model has a spring latch that can lock automatically when the door is closed. It fits doors 1-3/8" to 1-1/2" thick, and has a brushed chrome finish.

The mirror is 16" x 24" while the cabinet itself is 17 3/4" x 13 3/8" [sized to fit between studs that are 16" on center]. The cabinet is 3 1/2" deep [again, to fit in a 2x4 stud wall]. Mounting screws are included. We got the wrong size for our application, and waited too long to be able to return it.
