Free: Worktop - beechblock effect, unused but elderly (Titchwell PE31) Gifted Unused offcut of beech block effect laminate worktop see Photo A. 106 cm long, 61.5 cm deep and 4 cm thick. Not required for a new kitchen and has been stored for many years in a garage. Might be useful for garage/shed. NB please see photo B of underside which has a streak of paint and suggests some damp but no swelling evident and you are very welcome to come and look before committing. Free: Wall mirrors (2) - traditional style (Titchwell PE31) Gifted Two frameless vintage wall mirrors with chains and bevelled edges in reasonable condition for their advanced age. Dimensions: large mirror 30" x 19" max and medium mirror 24" x 15" max. The large mirror has some foxing around the edges and the medium mirror has a small amount of discolouration around the edge fixings as you may be able to see in the photos but function is not affected. Would prefer to give as one lot but could go separately. Prefer collection from Titchwell but could deliver locally within 5 miles radius, or further afield on certain dates. Thanks for looking.

Free: Worktop (50 cm depth) (Titchwell PE31) Gifted Large piece of worktop - length 241 cm (approx 8 feet) reduced in depth to 50 cm (20") and 3 cm (approx 1.25") thick. Probably not deep enough for kitchen use as standard depth is a minimum of 60 cm but suitable for shed, strong shelving etc. Laminate on chipboard in light wood effect in used but good condition with rounded front edge with 2 holes (see photos) on back edge. Prefer collection from Titchwell near Brancaster but could deliver locally (5 mile radius). Thanks for looking.

Free: Briefcase with shoulder strap (Titchwell PE31) Expired Elderly but little used blue/black leather-look briefcase with detachable shoulder strap and (unused) locking mechanism. Interior lined with dark blue material. Slim pockets inside lid for further storage and stands on 4 small metal feet. Dimensions: 16" (41cm) width, 12" (30cm) depth, 2.75" (7cm) height. An area of the outer fabric around the feet has been re-stuck and metal locks are tarnished but function is unaffected. Prefer collection but can deliver within 5 mile radius of Titchwell.

Free: Clothes Hanging rail (Titchwell PE31) Gifted Elderly heavy-duty tubular steel hanging rail. 37" 94 cm wide 63" 160 cm tall 19.5" 50 cm depth at castors. This has been well used but is very rugged. Would benefit from some TLC to look its best. Easily dismantled into four pieces (see pictures). Prefer collection from Titchwell but could deliver locally within 5 miles or on certain dates as far as Fakenham/Norwch.

Free: Wood and paper folding screen/room divider (Titchwell PE31) Expired Three-panel folding screen/room divider in used condition. Some very minor repairs have been made to the wood. Please note this is a delicate item but fully functional. Each panel is 71" high (approx 180 cm) by 17.25" wide (approx 44 cm). Hinges allow for folding in either direction. Prefer collection from Titchwell but could deliver locally within 5 miles or as far as Fakenham and Norwich on certain dates.

Please note this item has NOT been PAT tested but has been tried once recently to heat a small quantity of water. Instruction leaflet supplied but no box.
