Worktop - beechblock effect, unused but elderly (Titchwell PE31)

Unused offcut of beech block effect laminate worktop see Photo A. 106 cm long, 61.5 cm deep and 4 cm thick. Not required for a new kitchen and has been stored for many years in a garage. Might be useful for garage/shed. NB please see photo B of underside which has a streak of paint and suggests some damp but no swelling evident and you are very welcome to come and look before committing. Prefer collection from Titchwell but could deliver within 5 miles radius. Thanks for looking.
