Seems to still be powder and will likely work fine. The bag is intact and it has been stored in a shed beside a boiler so has been kept dry.

Good bouncer. Comes with two little detachable cow toys. Can recline or sit up. Has some sensory toys on the cows legs - rattle etc. Seems to have sound/vibrate settings but haven’t used them as the battery compartment was corroded when we were given it (see pics), it might still work. For age/weight see label pic.
