Expiry date has passed (last Jan). Sometimes the curing time can be unpredictable if they are old apparently, but you can check with a sample. Also maybe useful for a rough and ready project.
Seems to still be powder and will likely work fine. The bag is intact and it has been stored in a shed beside a boiler so has been kept dry.
