iRobot Roomba 900 series (Blairgowrie PH10)
Thoroughly cleaned and parts replaced (rollers, brush, filter). Works perfectly. Comes with homebase and lead, little box that sets up an electronic line the roomba won't cross. It also has a sensor to prevent it rolling over a 'cliff' (stairs). Also comes with spare filter and three spare brushes. Replacements can be bought cheaply on Amazon. I'm only giving up on it because I have too much clutter on floors. It's easier for me to use a stick vacuum. It's never dealt with pets.

free to pick up and take away i have an acer aspire 3000 laptop this is in perfect working order and has a power supply and installation disc with it and has 3 usb ports and a headphone port and an ethernet port and has been well looked after yes its an older laptop but still great for first time users or just to store photos etc on it or to be upgraded you will need to buy a wifi dongle if you want to use the internet as it doesnt have built in wifi

Recliner Leather Sofa 3 seater (New Elgin IV30)
Dark brown (looks close to black) 3 seater recliner sofa. I suspect made with bonded leather (at least at the bottom where the leather is peeling). Bottom is stitched separately and therefore the peeling isn't affecting the actual seating area, just the foot part. If you come to collect, please be aware that we may need your help carrying it outside. Thanks :)

Kettle: In good condition, 5 months use. Bought for a housemate during their tenancy, not needed anymore. Milk Frother (hot/cold) + Warmer: In good working condition, you can froth hot or cold milk, and you can also warm up cold milk. Neither have gone through an end-of-tenancy clean so I recommend giving the outside a wipe and inside a wash before your first use :)
