This is a manual recliner ,fake leather and does have a few scuffs. So no good with pets unless U get some covers for it. You can get universal stretchy covers on temu and Amazon that make it look like a new sofa. There great and only cheap. Pick up asap comes apart for easy transport.

Oak kitchen table with painted legs. It has some age and there are marks. Could be broken up and the top used for shelves. It used to have leaves - more oak planks - that slotted in to extend it.
