I put the numbers into Google and the result seemed to indicate that they were for a car fuel filter (an old one as there was no exact match), They are sealed so never been used (might be repurposed as a wine filter or similar!). Written on one side is: 4CT GERMANY/ALLEMAGNE 3195C 18089 32572
