2 No 30 cm approx plaster ceiling rose (Grangeway area NN10)
Please find 2 different used plaster ceiling roses with fixing holes. This is a composite plaster and it has the adhesive which needs cleaning from it underneath and painted edges slightly sanded. It's in good order otherwise - these are costly items if trying to find replacements. Use caulk to fill holes and gaps. An Ikea cabinet designed to go under a sink (with a notch for the waste pipes to slot into). The base is a little stained where washing powder spilled, but it's clean and functional. Simply doesn't fit under the sink in its new home.
