This is still available but I will need to put it outside from tomorrow :-) Top draw roller not working but I believe it can be fixed! Also there's a crack on one of the draws as per the photo and also on the side! I still have the he handles they are just not screwed on. It's very heavy with the draws inside but will Need collecting from the third floor with a lift.

Very good condition, snug hiding space for your cat with space to store all their treats and toys. 77cm wide, 52cm deep, 60cm tall. It's not super heavy, but awkward to carry. It will fit in the back of a car - I easily got it into the back of a Ford Focus :)

I’ve been taking up some broken grey concrete paving slabs and the builders sand underneath. If this can be useful to you let me know. I have a few bags of sand already and there is more to come when I have more bags! Photos show an example of the broken slabs and the sand! I won’t over fill the bags so that it’s easier to carry them to your car! So far I have 6 small sacks ready.
