Loft ladder (Malvern WR14)
Heavyweight wooden ladder used as permanent access to a loft. It's very sturdy but a little worn on some treads. The room height where it was used is 232cms. It is 270cm long, 45cms wide. The treads are 36cms wide. There is a piece of hand rail available.

Shower head extension pipe (Malvern Link Top WR14)
As new, chromed steel pipe with a slight bend in it, for attaching to a showerhead (to make it stick out from the wall a bit more). Hence, extension. Attempted to use once (hence the PTFE tape) but wasn't suitable. Approx 19cm / 8" long Fits majority of standard 20mm diameter fittings.

Gate leaf table. Top 83cm x 150cm when both sides up, 75cm high. Solid. I painted the base etc, and applied the thesaurus pages to the top and sealed them a number of years ago so they have peeled a little at the very edges in a couple of places but otherwise it has been covered a lot so looks as good as when I did it. There are added catches to make the leaves more child safe.
